I’m Mariana Ríos — Identity Architect, Internal Restructuring Specialist, writer and creator of the Recode Identity Method. For more than ten years I have guided professionals, coaches and business owners through one of the deepest processes there is: truly knowing yourself and building from there.
My work was born from my own transformation. There was a moment in my life when, despite my external achievements, something inside me still felt incomplete. I kept acting from patterns that no longer served me, from an identity that had been designed to survive, not to expand. That process led me to develop a system I now share with others.
The Recode Identity Method is not conventional coaching. It is a process of internal restructuring that works directly with subconscious programming, operating beliefs and the identity from which each person builds their reality. When you change your identity, everything else changes.
Today I work with leaders who want to stop operating from fear, external validation or the invisible limits they’ve placed on themselves. My purpose is clear: that every person who works with me comes away knowing exactly who they are and from where they want to build.

2014
The beginning of the path
I began my own deep process of self-discovery, uncovering how subconscious programming was limiting my personal and professional expansion.
2016
Guiding my first clients
I began guiding other people through their transformation process, applying internal restructuring tools I had developed through my own journey.
2019
Creating the Method
After years of experience and training, I systematized the Recode Identity Method: three phases (Reveal · Recode · Rise) to decode identity and expand leadership.
2021
Program Launch
I launched the Recode Identity program, bringing the method to professionals and business owners seeking to lead from authenticity and inner alignment.
2023
Expansion and impact
The work expanded into keynotes, workshops and retreats. More than a hundred leaders guided through their deep transformation process.

The Book
